INJURY EXAMINATION & ASSESSMENT
I will listen to your story and take a detailed history. After that, we will examine postural observation, joint range of motion and a variety of tests to reveal a working diagnosis. An individualised treatment plan will be created including exercise rehabilitation, aimed at achieving the functional goals we set together.
On the other hand, you do not have to be injured and you do not have to be involved with sport to use our services!
CONTINUED CARE
I take the time to understand the root of your problem in order to provide the best and most effective treatment. Throughout my experience, I have found that continued care is a crucial part of the recovery process.

WHAT IS A SPORTS THERAPIST?
According to the Society of Sports Therapist,
Sports Therapy is an aspect of healthcare that is specifically concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability.
Sports Therapists utilise the principles of sport and exercise science incorporating physiological and pathological processes to prepare the participant for training, competition and where applicable, work.
